Sea water treatment

The availability of drinking water becomes more and more important.
In areas without or with restricted natural fresh water ressources the problem can be solved by sea water desalination.

Reverse osmosis plants are built and operating according to the requirements in decentral position at the user (hotels, villages and industrial plants).

We offer many years of experience in the production of plants up to 2,000 m³/day and the operation of plants of a capacity up to 17,000 m³/day. These plants consist of several single modules.

Model Type SW:

Small units constructed in modules of a drinking water performance of 1 m³/day up to 30 m³/day. Modular construction makes possible an ideal fitting to the respective requirements of the customer.
Essentially, the plants consist of one or several membrane elements, plunger pump, control unit, measuring and regulation units and piping. Each plant is delivered rack-mounted and fully wired.

Model Type SWS:

One-stage plants for a performance of drinking water of 50 m³/day up to 2,000 m³/day and a salt content in the inlet up to 35,000 ppm TDS.
Performances of 150 m³/day and more this type of plant is equipped with an energy recovery. Installation in one or several containers is possible.

Model Type SWD:

Two-stage plants of a performance of 50 m³/day up to 2,000 m³/day and a salt content in the inlet of more than 40,000 ppm TDS or in case that water of different qualities is required.
Performances of 150 m³/day this type of plant is equipped with an energy recovery. Installation in containers is possible.
We produce and deliver plants optionally including well pumps, intermediate tanks, filter systems and all necessary dosings. Except for construction technology we offer management of these projects as general contractor.
